·         For new users your first six months (180 days) of maintenance and technical support are included in your purchase price.  Simply call (941-870-4833) or e-mail (service@jacarit.com) us and we will be happy to assist you

·         After the introductory period, you may purchase a Maintenance and Technical Support Agreement for 1, 2, or 3 year periods.

·         Businesses choosing not to renew the Maintenance and Technical Support Agreement may still receive technical support on a pay-as-you-go basis.  Please call for details.
